Jeanne Stanley, PhD

Adjunct Professor; Graduate School of Education

Dr. Jeanne Stanley is an Adjunct Professor, served as director of graduate counseling programs and has taught graduate courses at the University of Pennsylvania since 1994. A Licensed Psychologist, she is the owner and executive director of Watershed Counseling and Consultation Services and the executive director of Grad School Coaching (GSC). She is a national trainer, belonging and inclusion educator, and consultant on topics such as, supporting belonging and sociocultural identities, LGBTQ Psychology, supporting gender expansive and transgender individuals, expanding our talents and strengths and accreditation and licensure in counseling. Her professional writing on supporting individuals’ socio-cultural identities can be found in several books and journal articles including co-editor and author of Teaching LGBTQ Psychology: Queering Innovative Pedagogy and Practice (2017) is published by the American Psychological Association Books.
